The Cold Rush Cocktail with TheraBee Ginger Hibiscus Honey

This recipe stems from the original "Gold Rush" cocktail, ostensibly created at the famous Milk & Honey Cocktail Lounge in New York City. The recipe uses only 3 ingredients: Ginger liqueur, bourbon and fresh lemon juice. Our good friend and cookbook author Brigit Binns updated this classic with our Ginger Hibiscus Honey...and it is an AWESOME (and super simple) cocktail for those remaining hot summer days. The Cold Rush Cocktail Recipe


1-1/2 ounces Bourbon

3/4 ounce fresh Lemon Juice

3/4 ounce TheraBee Ginger Hibiscus Honey syrup (3 parts warm honey/1 part warm water)


Fill rocks glass with large ice cubes

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake it like you mean it

Pour over rocks
