Thai Chile Honey Caramel Corn

TheraBee Thai Chile Caramel PopcornWhile we don't like to boil our honey, sometimes there's no other way to get a desired result - like in Caramel Corn. This simple recipe is delicious with a little bite!

Ingredients
Makes three (3) quarts

Directions

  • Melt butter in large saucepan
  • Stir in Sugar, honey and salt
  • Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium
  • Boil without stirring about three (3) minutes to 265*F
  • Remove from heat
  • Place popcorn in large oven-safe bowl, slowly pour syrup over popcorn while stirring
  • Turn into greased large, cookie baking pan (15-1/4"x10-1/4"x1/4")
  • Bake at 250*F for 45 minutes, stir every 15 minutes
  • Cool, break into serving sized pieces and...
