TheraBee Honey Healing Stick with Tea TreeCan our TheraBee Honey Healing Stick reduce the pain and suffering of Eczema and Rosacea? Can it be a magical cure? Let’s take a look...

Since we released the Honey Healing Stick to the market late last year, we’ve had a number of people tell us personally how it has helped a variety of skin ailments like Diaper Rash, Cradle Cap, Eczema, Sunburn, Windburn, Runner’s Heel as well as Rosacea. The stories have been phenomenal and humbling.

Here is what we know... Rosacea is a skin disease that is estimated to affect between 5-20 percent of the people worldwide. The condition results in red inflamed skin, with swelling, roughness and fine visible blood vessels around the central area of the face including cheeks, nose and under the eyes. Severe cases can affect the eyes and also lead to a bulbous nose condition. The National Rosacea Society is an incredible resource. The cause of all this is thought to be associated with microscopic mites called Demodex. These mites live in the pores of your skin, particularly around the hair follicles of your eyebrows, eyelashes and the oily pores of your nose, forehead and cheeks. YUCK! For the gory details you can read more here. A related condition is called “Ocular Rosacea” ( which shares similar pathologies with “Refactory Blepharitis,”). A new treatment program prescribes a Tea Tree oil scrub applied to the eyelids, which seem to eradicate the mites.

According to the National Eczema Association, “Eczema is an itchy, red rash that can appear all over the body and is also known as Atopic Dermatitis. Babies often have eczema on the face, especially the cheeks and chin. Children and adults tend to have eczema on the neck, wrists, and ankles, and in areas that bend, like the inner elbow and knee.

The rash of eczema is different for each person. It may even look different or affect different parts of your body from time to time. It can be mild, moderate, or severe. Generally, people with eczema suffer from dry, sensitive skin. Eczema is also known for its intense itch. The itch may be so bad that you scratch your skin until it bleeds, which can make your rash even worse, leading to even more inflammation and itching. This is called the itch-scratch cycle.”

In testimonials from our users, the TheraBee Honey Healing Stick works very well in soothing the intense itching and inflammation from Rosacea, Eczema and mysterious rashes. We’ve heard this from adults and from parents who have been at their wits end and used the product on their children. We believe the healing ingredients of honey, propolis and royal jelly, combined with a super blend of naturally antibacterial essential oils such as tea tree, bergamot, lavender, frankincense, myrrh and golden seal has a lot to do with it! [Remember, all of our products are made from all-natural ingredients and are safe for your entire body].
